SELF DEFENSE:

 

MOST classes are formed separately to accomodate the needs of the group.  We can teach in nearly any kind of venue (carports, back yards, rec centers, etc.)

If you know a group of girls who could use some self-protection, self-defense and self-confidence training, drop me a note!  Every time a child changes schools, they become "at risk".  I have taught MANY girls and young women who are getting ready to change schools -- elementary to intermediate, intermediate to high school and of course, those getting ready for college.

ARCHERY:

 

Private archery lessons are available at the outdoor range in Hawaii Kai.  Ages 8 to 88 preferred.  More info HERE.
